641 Sold Superb Pair of Edwardian Display Cabinets - Edwards and Roberts - Circa 1900

Pair of Exhibition Quality Edwardian period Mahogany inlaid cabinets on stand by Edwards & Roberts (attributed) of London. The upper section has a broken swan neck pediment with marquetry inlaid detail which is repeated on mahogany frieze. The single glazed door open to reveal a silk lined interior with mahogany shelves. The lower section with twin drawers is constructed using the finest fiddleback mahogany and are bow fronted with fine marquetry. The piece is all supported on square tapering supports. The Quality is of such a standard that we can attribute them without hesitation to the famed maker Edwards & Roberts, England, circa 1900. These are a superb pair with a deep rich Patina and in great condition.
